While watching yet another happy mad...sion...errr...couldnt remember the full name..hahaha..something strike my mind...내심장을 죽고 있어...not literately.....woooo wicked..ooppss iklan...yet i feel like that...Hanks asked me do you have any gf..and for the first time i said..no but i have someone who are waiting for me...huhuhu..what the heck..hahaha..for the first time i admit that i'm concern for her..huhuhu..her tu...hahaha...worry to lost her but yet i always neglated her..huhuhu..kind of jackass rite...hahha

A bit worried on the contaimination aspect since i didnt perfome any gram stain (baru nak buat ari nie when i've supposed to learn it long before i 've started my experiment..bla bla...OD was merely for cell density check..adeh..)
My first batch of freeze-dryer samples were so so...it supposed not to go up@ suck up but should stayed at the bottom of the falcon tube. Anyway, I followed the right instruction-freeze your samples at -80C with holes open and walla...the samples are in a good shape...(i checked every 30 minutes-the instruction said to check your samples 30 minutes and 1 hours after you've load the samples..hahaha

Rite now waiting for Hans to show me how to do gram stain which i'd learn it before..8, 9 years ago??hahahahaha...not in biology class of course..i never even cut a frog..hahaha...

So far everything is on the right track..InsyaAllah everything would fine and i'll be back with a result...
